BECOME A FRIEND OF PLANKTON MANIFESTO

The Plankton Manifesto, Association for Art & Life Below Water is a nonprofit organization founded in 2021 by Katja Loher and her team. The association is dedicated to artistic and scientific activities that promote awareness of the significance of plankton for the ecological balance of the oceans and the Earth. It also supports related activities by third parties. The association does not pursue commercial purposes, and any potential profit will be used for further projects in line with its mission.

Membership enables you to join our vibrant “Friends” community, providing crucial financial support for the long-term sustainability of PLANKTON MANIFESTO. Your contribution aids in strategic content development and fosters the advancement of promising initiatives.

As a member, you actively shape and support Plankton Manifesto’s activities, globally. Additionally, you receive exclusive benefits during Manifestos held in various locations. The Association places high value on regular networking opportunities.

Young friends

EUR 60 / Year

-  Member events during the Manifestos

- Invite to Annual association meeting. The locations will rotate, and it will be possible to join online.

Microplankton Friends

Eur 120 / Year

- Member events during the Manifestos, access to by invitation only dinners for an adional fee

- Personal assistance before and during the Manifestos  through Host & Hospitality

- Participate in initiatives and workshops

- Invite to Annual association meeting. The locations will rotate, and it will be possible to join online.

Macroplankton Friends 

Eur 500 / Year

- Access to VIP preview of the exhibitions

- Invited to dinners and private events during Manifestos

- Participate in initiatives and workshop

- Personal assistance before and during the Manifestos through Host & Hospitality

- Invite to Annual association meeting. The locations will rotate, and it will be possible to join online.

Plankton Donors

Become a Macroplanktion Friend (as described above) and support the activities of the association with an additional grant which can be deducted from taxable income in Switzerland. Grants should be EUR 2000.—per year. Higher contributions are welcome.
